Debts Unsettled

Attorney Michael Mays stops at a yard sale and buys an old book on photography. He subsequently learns it can cause travel to the past. His lifelong mission is to discover who killed his mother; a murder that has gone unsolved for over 30 years.

A serial killer hears about Michael’s book from a fellow inmate. He has no ethical or moral boundaries. He wants the book and will do anything—including killing Michael—to get it. They battle in the past and in the present, while Michael tries to protect his family and friends.

Fans of authors like David Baldacci, John Grisham, Matt Haig, and Lee Child, and movies such as screenwriter Richard Curtis’s “About Time,” and “Yesterday,” will enjoy finding another author’s work in which they can lose themselves.
